CIPEC, founded in 1984 and directed by Mr and Mrs Pecnard, is a privileged focal point for exchanges and meetings between children and adults of all nationalities. Out in the countryside and away from the noise, but close enough to town to keep in touch with reality. Essentially a place of culture and development, a learning environment. During the summer holidays, girls and boys from 6 to 11 years of age* are received for one or several weeks, as day pupils, day pupils with lunch or boarders. During lessons in the morning or all day, at sport, at meal times or breaks, we can meet others, have fun and make lasting relationships.
THE CAMPUS
In the south of Aix-en-Provence, the CIPEC site is :
- On the outskirts of the village of Luynes, Fontvieille (an old provençal country
house and its outbuildings, in a setting of pine trees), the CIPEC campus
comprises classrooms, cafeteria, terraces, play areas and cabins in the woods.
- In Cabries, The Arbois Park Club (spread over 10 hectares, a unique multiactivity
sports’ centre in the Aix countryside), where the athletic students are
taken in the afternoon.
